We are looking for an energetic and organized Student Coordinator to support academic activities, student engagement, and programme coordination.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between students and the institution.
- Coordinate academic programmes, classes, and student-related activities.
- Assist in managing attendance, schedules, and class updates.
- Handle student queries and ensure timely communication
- Support faculty in organizing sessions, tests, and resource distribution.
- Help with registration processes, form submissions, and ID/material distribution.
- Provide administrative support for smooth daily operations.

Required Skills

1. MS Office (Intermediate Proficiency)

Should be comfortable handling day-to-day operations using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. This includes preparing reports, maintaining schedules, tracking student data, and creating basic documentation. Consistency and accuracy matter more than advanced features.

2. Adobe Acrobat DC Pro (Added Advantage)

Ability to edit PDFs, combine documents,



create fillable forms, and manage digital paperwork is a robust plus. This helps streamline student registrations, attendance sheets, and academic documentation.

3. Strong Team Orientation

Must collaborate well with faculty, admin staff, and students. A good coordinator avoids friction, communicates clearly, and supports smooth academic operations without ego or hesitation

4. Communication & Coordination Skills

Needs to handle student queries professionally, guide them with correct information, and support faculty by managing schedules, announcements, and class-related tasks. Clarity and patience are key.

5. Organizational Discipline

Should manage multiple tasks without losing track batch lists, schedules, class updates, student follow-ups, and documentation. A sense of responsibility and self-management is essential.
