KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service Professionals
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions through an international voice process.
- Provide qualified and accurate assistance to international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve queries efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and service quality.
