About Wellesley Hotel

Wellesley Hotel is a 24-room boutique hotel located in the heart of Camp, Pune. Set within a beautifully restored heritage building, the hotel combines contemporary design, art, and thoughtful hospitality to create a distinctive guest experience.

We are looking for a Front of House Executive who is warm, professional, confident, and passionate about hospitality. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with guests and handling day-to-day Front Office operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage reservations, bookings, cancellations, and guest requests.
- Respond to guest queries through phone, email,



and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate guest records and operational documentation.
- Assist guests with information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local recommendations.
- Monitor the Front Office area and ensure it is maintained to the required standards.
- Handle billing, payments, and basic cash-handling responsibilities when required.
- Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and company policies.
- Ensure a high standard of guest service throughout the guest journey.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Front of House, Guest Relations, or a similar hospitality role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
