Senior Manager, Oracle Fusion Platform Engineering

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Manager, Oracle Fusion Platform Engineering to lead the design, development, administration, and continuous improvement of the Oracle technology landscape. The individual will be responsible for providing technical leadership across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Platform Services, and DevOps practices.





This is a player-coach role requiring deep technical expertise, architecture oversight, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience and lead a team of platform engineers and developers while actively participating in solution design, development, deployment, setting management, and platform optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
- Serve as the technical owner for Oracle Fusion Platform, Oracle CX, OCI, and associated Oracle PaaS services.
- Define and execute the platform roadmap supporting business transformation and application modernization initiatives.
- Provide architecture guidance and technical governance across Oracle ecosystem solutions.
- Drive platform standardization, security, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Manage OCI environments including Compute, Networking, Storage, IAM, Security, Monitoring, Loggi
