To takecare of All Utility Shift operation like, Gas Supply for operations, Compressed air Supply , Chiller & HVAC operation (for Machines , offices, Cleanroom & server rooms.)
To perform and control PM and BM as per plan.
To Implement 5S and Kaizen
Prepare and record the PM documents and Daily checksheets etc.
To handle ETP & STP operations.
To Track and acheive the daily target of Utilities.
To Track and control Power consumptions of Utility equipment.
To monitor and Operate Fire detection and Protection system.
To operate and Maintain LPG , Nitrogen , CO2 and H2 yards
Capable of Handling 3 shifts
Desired Profile
Maintenance Back ground is preffered
Knowledge in Pump, Compressor,Chiller and AHU maintenance.
