Position: Manager - PMO

Experience: 3 To 15 Years

Location: Coimbatore, Sulur.

Your Task:
- Lead NPD projects through Stage-Gate processes from Gate 1 to Gate 6.
- Manage ECR, ECN, and DMR release, implementation, and closure.
- Lead L1 Prototype and L2 Pilot builds, ensuring engineering and supplier readiness.
- Drive CAPA, issue resolution, and design regularization based on production feedback.
- Track project milestones and publish weekly MIS reports on shortages, gateways, and achievements.

Your Profile:
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Production Engineering.
- Years of experience in NPD or Product Engineering.
- Experience in Off-Highway, Construction Equipment, or Heavy Commercial Vehicle industries.
- Solid knowledge of PLM/PDM, Stage-Gate, ECR/ECN, fabrication/tooling, and CAPA.




- Strong cross-functional leadership, project management, communication, and reporting skills.
