Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Summary

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive image of the Ayurvedic Hospital among patients, healthcare professionals, media, and the community. The role involves handling patient relations, coordinating promotional activities, managing communication channels, and supporting the hospital's growth through effective public engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Relations

· Welcome and guide patients and visitors.

· Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.

· Ensure a smooth patient experience from admission to discharge.

· Gather patient feedback and suggest service improvements.

Public Relations & Communication

· Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, doctors, government authorities, and community organizations.

· Represent the hospital at health camps, seminars, exhibitions, and public events.

· Coordinate media interactions and press releases.

· Promote awareness of Ayurvedic treatments and wellness programs.





Marketing & Outreach

· Organize health awareness campaigns, wellness workshops, and community outreach programs.

· Coordinate with digital marketing teams for social media, website content, and promotional materials.

· Develop referral networks with physicians, corporates, insurance providers, and wellness centers.

· Support patient acquisition and retention initiatives.

Corporate & Community Relations

· Build partnerships with corporates for employee wellness programs.

· Coordinate CSR activities and community health initiatives.

· Establish relationships with local organizations, schools, and government bodies.

Administrative Support

· Maintain records of PR activities, patient feedback, and outreach programs.

· Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and patient satisfaction.

· Assist in organizing hospital events and conferences.
