Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer - ServiceNow Product Developer with robust expertise in ServiceNow portal development, scripting, integrations, and modern UI experiences. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with both Service Portal and Next Experience (UI Builder) and be capable of developing scalable, reusable solutions aligned with business and UX requirements.

The role involves full-stack development across client-side and server-side scripting, workflow automation, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow platform customization.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow portal experiences using Service Portal, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and Next Experience (UI Builder).
- Build reusable widgets, components, layouts, and user experiences aligned with business requirements and UX standards.
- Develop server-side solutions using Script Includes, Business Rules, GlideRecord, and Flow Designer, along with client-side components such as Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Catalog Client Scripts.




- Implement efficient client-server communication using GlideAjax and develop secure integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth, Integration Hub, and Connection Credential aliases.
- Configure modern UI Builder experiences, including pages, record pages, App Shells, data resources, REST API bindings, declarative actions, and client-state parameters.
- Participate in code reviews, enforce development standards, maintain technical documentation, and troubleshoot platform issues using ServiceNow debugging utilities and browser DevTools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects within defined timelines.

Required Skills Experience
- 8-10 years of overall experience, with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and AngularJS 1.x.
