The PPC Campaign Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, X (Twitter) Ads, and Pinterest Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing campaigns to drive leads, traffic, and brand awareness, while maintaining a solid ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Competitor Analysis (Paid Advertising) Conduct thorough competitor research across all paid channels to identify industry benchmarks, ad strategies, and keyword opportunities. Analyze competitors ad creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and landing pages to uncover insights that can improve campaign performance. Use competitive analysis tools (such as Semrush, SpyFu, or Meta Ad Library) to track trends, discover gaps, and develop data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Campaign Strategy & Setup Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, Performance max, YouTube)



Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) LinkedIn Ads Pinterest Ads Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, retargeting, remarketing website organic traffic, and competitor analysis. Knowledge of engaging ad copies, select visuals, and ensure consistent brand messaging. Set up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters. Advance knowledge of retargeting, audience segmentation, and lookalike audiences.
- Campaign Optimization Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, or creatives for best results. Optimize campaigns for higher CTR, conversion rate, and ROI. Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages. Identify underperforming campaigns and develop actionable improvement strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting Analyze campaign metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rate. Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
