Roles & Responsiblites :
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level positions across all verticals.
- Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract the best talent using job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and headhunting.
- Build a strong employer brand through candidate engagement, campus connect initiatives, and digital presence.
- Manage applicant tracking and recruitment metrics to ensure hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires in coordination with the HR Operations team.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles and future requirements.
- Conduct market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to stay aligned with industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and statutory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 recruiters.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or service industries.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across various functions and levels.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics.
