Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics MIS Executive to manage logistics data, prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, monitor operational performance, and provide accurate insights to the logistics and supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly logistics MIS reports.
- Track shipments, deliveries, dispatches, pending orders, and delivery performance.
- Monitor transportation and logistics KPIs such as OTIF, TAT, delivery status, pending shipments, and freight cost.
- Collect data from logistics, warehouse, transporters, and other operational teams.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of logistics databases and trackers.
- Prepare dashboards and management reports using MS Excel.
- Analyze logistics data and identify delays, discrepancies, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, customer service, and internal teams for data and status updates.
- Maintain records of transporter performance, freight bills, PODs, and shipment documentation.




- Support reconciliation of logistics expenses and invoices.
- Automate repetitive MIS reports and improve reporting processes.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis to management as required.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, charts, and data cleaning.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet reporting deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply-chain processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline; Supply Chain/Logistics specialization is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Logistics MIS / Supply Chain MIS / Operations MIS.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, or SAP is an added advantage.
