Responsibilities
- This position is accountable for execution of small to medium scale Projects from post order to handover, which involves planning, timely dispatch, site supervision, and handover.
- Receipt and review of purchase order / Technical specification of Customer
- Preparation of BOM and indent according to contract scope
- Kick off Meeting with customer for finalization of execution schedule
- Engineering document development with the help of in-house design and engineering team Preparation, Submission Approval from customer
- Preparation Release of indent (BOQ)
for B/out items fabricated items through SAP process (PR)
- Review progress monitoring of fabricated items
- Arrangement for QA /QC checks with 3rd party
- Monitoring of dispatch as per invoicing plan
- Periodic visit to site for execution supervision
- Complete work as per schedule within project budget and handover
- Collection of payments as per Contract Terms
- Submission of project progress report to management
