Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The Job Title role involves contributing to FinCrif’s digital loan marketplace operations by supporting the evaluation, processing, and management of user applications and financial product offerings.



Day-to-day responsibilities may include collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies, and coordinating with partner banks and NBFCs as needed. The role also includes using analytics and internal tools to support decision-making, resolving customer queries, and helping optimize workflows and processes to maintain a high standard of service.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfort working with data, reports, and digital tools.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle queries professionally.
- Basic understanding of financial products such as personal loans, and interest in working within fintech or digital lending.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in business,
