Role & responsibilities
- You are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
- Explaining company services and products to the clients in detailed format is mandatory.
- Maintaining daily call records and submitting daily progress reports to the team Lead is mandatory.
- Repetitive calls and text to clients showing interest in getting the execution from us is mandatory.
- Liaise with Design team and Execution team in designing matters to create workable solutions.
- Develop calculations, diagrams and technical reports along with Project book-keeping, for the Interior clients.
- Complete the required technical and regulatory documents.
- Provide mandatory accounts work for the tasks assigned to the interiors department.
- Ensure projects are completed on-time and within the specified budget.
- Present analytical results and project solutions to technical leads, departmental leaders and clients as necessary.
- Site Supervision and management of the provided sites/projects, if required.
- Assist the company in the Sales and overall Interior Department for development of the Company.
- Handle Export Interior Work for the company and travel inside the country / abroad whenever necessary.
