About the Role

EarthX is seeking a agile and result-oriented Environmental Business Development Executive to identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote the company’s environmental consulting Service eg.; EIA, Environmental Clearance, Consent Management, ESG as well as identify leads for ETP and STP. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, sales, and relationship management skills with a passion for environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in environmental consultancy Services.
* Generate leads through networking, cold calling and client referrals, through in-person Meetings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, Mining Industries, Real Estate, government officials & organizations, and other stakeholders.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable environmental solutions and services.
* Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and client contracts.
* Conduct meetings, presentations,



and negotiations with prospective clients.
* Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate sales records and reports.
* Represent EarthX at industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking forums.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (experience in environmental services is preferred).
* Freshers with excellent communication and business development skills may also apply.
