Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using .NET Core and ReactJS technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholders effectively.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and mentor them to improve their skills.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in .NET development with expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI, Entity Framework, SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of ReactJS fundamentals including Redux or MobX for state management.
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as Azure or AWS for deployment purposes.
