*The Role*

The Accountant (CMA Inter) will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, cash flow, payments, taxation, reconciliation, and audit support. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure accurate and compliant financial transactions.

*What we are looking for:*

• B.Com degree is mandatory

• CMA Inter with 3 years of completed articleship

• Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions

• Proficiency in Tally

• Knowledge of taxation and TDS management

• Good organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Knowledge of Zoho accounting software is an added advantage

*Responsibilities:*

• Process payments based on approved payment priorities and reconcile bank accounts periodically

• Record cash and bank payments and receipts accurately in Tally

• Update purchase approval follow-up sheets and payment lists after each transaction





• Maintain proper filing of bank and cash vouchers

• Ensure appropriate tax deductions on payments, including advances

• Record salary payable entries in Tally

• Review vendor advances and follow up for timely settlements

• Prepare quarterly TDS statements and manage monthly TDS payments

• Assist in statutory audits and support due diligence and other audit requirements

• Ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and comply with applicable requirements

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Experience: 3+ years of articleship experience

*Salary:*
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
