Purpose/Objective

The Human Resources (People Development) qualified is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee learning, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
The role focuses on developing organizational capabilities and fostering a high-performance culture that supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities Learning & Development - Identify organizational training and development needs through assessments and stakeholder discussions.
- Design and implement learning interventions, technical training, leadership development programs, and behavioral competency programs.
- Manage annual training calendars and training budgets.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvement metrics.
Talent Management - Support talent review processes and succession planning initiatives.
- Develop talent identification and high-potential employee programs.




- Implement career development frameworks and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Performance Management - Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisal processes.
- Facilitate performance calibration discussions.
- Support managers in performance coaching and development planning.
Leadership Development - Design and execute leadership capability-building programs.
- Partner with business leaders to identify future leadership requirements.
- Track leadership pipeline readiness and development progress.
Employee Engagement - Drive employee engagement surveys and action planning.
- Organize culture-building initiatives, employee recognition programs, and wellness activities.
- Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
HR Analytics & Reporting - Monitor training effectiveness, employee development metrics, succession readiness, and engagement scores.
