Role Description
The Business Development Specialist will work on-site in Dundigal Gandimaisamma in a full time capacity, driving growth for Naked Fruits’ artisanal ice creams and processed fruit products. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients, and managing the end-to-end lead generation process.



The role involves conducting market research, analyzing sales and market data, and developing targeted outreach strategies to expand brand presence. The Specialist will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to align offerings with market needs and support negotiations, proposals, and follow-ups that convert prospects into long-term partners.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, sales reports, and performance metrics.
- Effective communication skills to present offerings, negotiate terms, and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience in Q-Com , Expanding Offline Sales, Franchising experience will be an added advantage.
