● Prepare and maintain detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for all civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works

● Evaluate and certify contractor RA (Running Account) bills; ensure quantities match actual site progress

● Manage the tendering process — prepare bid documents, analyse and compare contractor quotes, conduct commercial negotiations

● Carry out monthly cost-to-complete forecasting; flag budget variances and overruns to management proactively

● Manage rate analysis for new items and variation orders; maintain a running variation register

● Review subcontractor and vendor agreements; verify scope, commercials, and payment terms before PO issuance

● Coordinate with the Project Manager and Site Engineers on scope changes and their cost impact





● Ensure all billing documentation aligns with RERA project account compliance requirements

● Prepare monthly MIS reports on project expenditure vs. budgeted cost for management review

● Maintain records of material reconciliation, wastage tracking, and as-built quantity updates

● Verify and reconcile labour and material invoices against approved rate schedules

● Assist in preparation of final accounts and settlement of contractor claims at project close-out

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
