Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage engaging content related to tour packages, travel destinations, offers, reels and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and customer enquiries.
- Handle Instagram/Facebook pages, including posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags and audience engagement.
- Run and monitor Meta/Facebook & Instagram paid advertising campaigns.
- Generate leads through digital marketing activities and social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with the travel team to understand packages, offers and upcoming tours and promote them effectively.
- Monitor social media trends and competitors and implement new content ideas.




- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, leads and conversions.

Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing, preferably in the Tours & Travels, Hospitality or Tourism industry.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Meta Ads.
- Experience in creating Reels, posts, stories and promotional content.
- Good communication and creative skills.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic/video editing tools will be an advantage.
- Should be creative, proactive and result-oriented.
- Candidate should have a good understanding of travel marketing and lead generation.

Preferred Candidate:

A smart and creative candidate who understands the Tours & Travels industry, knows how to promote travel packages digitally, and can generate quality enquiries through social media and digital marketing.
