The Product Manager, Gut Health is responsible for developing and executing the regional strategy for the Gut Health portfolio across APAC. The role ensures effective product positioning, lifecycle management, and value creation by translating global strategies into actionable plans for regional and country teams. This position serves as a key link between global, regional, and local stakeholders, providing product expertise, technical direction, and market insights. The role supports sustainable growth and portfolio differentiation by enabling country teams and distributors to successfully commercialize Gut Health solutions across Poultry, Swine, Ruminant and Aqua segments.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the regional product strategy for the Gut Health portfolio in APAC.
- Manage product lifecycle activities, including planning, launch, and portfolio optimization.
- Translate global product strategies into regional and country execution plans.




- Establish explicit product positioning, value propositions, and core messages by species.
- Provide product and technical guidance to country teams and distributor organizations. Support commercial performance through pricing input, demand planning, and market analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functional with global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure alignment. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments impacting the portfolio.

You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Nutrition, Biology, or a related life science discipline is required; a Masters degree is an advantage.
- 812 years of progressive experience in product management, technical marketing, or commercial leadership roles within animal nutrition, animal health, or feed additive industries.
