Position: HR Executive (Field Operations)

Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Hyderabad *(Flexible – willing to travel across India)*

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle on-ground HR operations and effectively address field-level workforce requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and ensure timely issue resolution
- Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Drive field hiring (blue-collar / project-based hiring) and coordinate bulk recruitment drives
- Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, labour laws – basic knowledge)
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for HR-related activities
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs, and support payroll processing & reconciliation
- Track and handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance-related matters
- Perform regular HR audits and documentation checks to ensure compliance and accuracy




- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review
- Travel to project sites for HR support, onboarding, and issue resolution

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate (preferably in HR / Commerce / Management)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist / Field HR roles
- Experience in bulk hiring / field operations / project-based workforce management
- Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance basics
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory; English preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS tools
- Flexible, proactive, and capable of handling multi-location responsibilities
- Willing to travel extensively across India
- Energetic, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
