We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who can move ideas from experimentation to production. This role sits at the intersection of data, algorithms, and engineering — translating business problems into scalable ML solutions that actually work in real-world environments.

You won’t just build models. You’ll design systems that learn, adapt, and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications.
- Translate business problems into structured ML solutions.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets at scale.
- Develop data pipelines for training, validation, and monitoring.
- Improve model performance through feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
- Implement model versioning, monitoring, and retraining strategies.




- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deploy production-ready systems.
- Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and model reliability.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated with advancements in ML, AI, and emerging frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of hands-on ML experience.
- Experience working with production ML systems.
- Knowledge of NLP / Computer Vision (if role-specific).
- Familiarity with model monitoring tools.
