Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, well-groomed and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Guest Relations Executives (GRE) at our Forest Village & Aviary facility at Athirappilly, Thrissur, Kerala.

The GRE will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, providing information about the Forest Village and Aviary facilities, guiding guests, supporting smooth visitor movement and ensuring a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience for all visitors.

- Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly, courteous and skilled manner.
- Assist visitors throughout their visit and provide information about the Forest Village, Aviary and other visitor facilities.
- Guide guests to designated areas, attractions, viewing areas and visitor facilities.
- Provide clear instructions regarding visitor guidelines, safety precautions and applicable rules.




- Assist in managing visitor queues and smooth guest movement, particularly during weekends, holidays and peak tourist periods.
- Handle guest enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Attend to guest feedback, complaints and service-related issues professionally.
- Escalate operational, safety or guest-related issues to the concerned supervisor immediately.
- Coordinate with Operations, Front Office, PRO, Billing, Security, Caretaker and other departments for smooth visitor management.
- Assist children, elderly visitors, families and guests requiring special assistance.
- Ensure visitors follow prescribed safety instructions and do not enter restricted areas.
- Support the Caretaker and Operations team by communicating visitor-related concerns or observations.
