We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead + AWS with strong expertise in AWS Cloud, Java technologies, and cloud migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive cloud transformation programs, lead technical teams, guide solution design, and ensure successful delivery of scalable cloud-native applications.
This role requires hands-on experience across AWS services, Infrastructure as Code, container platforms, and modern application architectures. Banking or Financial Services domain exposure will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise cloud migration and modernization initiatives on AWS.
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
- Provide technical leadership for Java-based applications and microservices.
- Guide development teams in story grooming, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and technical solutioning.
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and evaluate recent technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
- Mentor and coach team members on architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance of cloud solutions.
- Participate in architectural reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
