- 3–7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Robust W2 recruitment experience
- Proven experience working with direct clients
- Experience supporting Fortune 500 / enterprise clients such as **Microsoft, Apple, Google, Amazon, IBM, or similar organizations
- Hands-on experience with MSP/VMS environments
- Strong sourcing, screening, submission, and candidate management skills
- Direct client experience is mandatory — candidates with only third-party/layered vendor experience will not be considered
- **Bench Sales and Non-IT Recruiter profiles are not eligible
- Must be willing to work onsite from Film Nagar, Hyderabad
