Job Overview:-

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with 3–5 years of experience in managing social media for real estate brands.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand presence, driving engagement, generating organic leads,

and supporting performance campaigns across all major social platforms.

You should have a robust understanding of real estate buyer psychology, content trends, and community management.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for real estate projects.

* Develop performance marketing strategies based on project location, pricing, target audience, and campaign objectives.

* Manage daily advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, site visits, and conversions.





* Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns.

* Create and test multiple ad creatives, copy, headlines, offers, and landing pages.

* Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to improve results.

* Track leads through CRM, Google Sheets, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.

* Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

* Coordinate with the creative, content, sales, and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

* Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions quickly.

* Manage remarketing campaigns for website visitors, video viewers, leads, and existing prospects.

* Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, attribution, and real estate marketing trends.
