Role Overview

As Demand Generation Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for building and running campaigns across paid media, email, events, webinars, ABM, and marketing automation platforms. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams to drive pipeline growth.





Demand Generation
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities.
- Build and manage multi-touch nurture programs across email, webinars, events, content, LinkedIn, and outbound channels.
- Create campaign strategies aligned with business priorities, product launches, industry trends, and target personas.
- Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to improve meeting generation and pipeline creation.
- Continuously test, optimize, and improve campaign performance across channels.

ABM
- Build and execute ABM programs targeting strategic accounts.
- Develop persona-specific engagement strategies.
- Coordinate personalized campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, webinars, and content.
- Partner with Sales to prioritize target accounts and buying committees.
- Drive engagement, meetings, and pipeline within named accounts.
