About the Role

VLink Inc. is looking for a passionate and result-oriented
US IT Recruiter
with a strong foundation in US staffing and a proven ability to deliver quality talent. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and a reliable employment background demonstrating commitment and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Jovdiva referrals, and networking channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, work authorization, and cultural fit.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, manage offer discussions, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay updated with US staffing trends, hiring practices, and work authorization categories.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1 to 8 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the complete US recruitment lifecycle
, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Candidate should have expertise with USA Tax terms.
- Candidate should have excellent working experience with USA Visa's
- Proficiency in using sourcing platforms such as
LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, indeed, CareerBuilder, and ATS tools
