large-scale expansion across emerging Indian markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Supply Head to build and scale our supplier ecosystem across Home and

General Merchandise utility categories.

This is a ground-up operating role. You will own sourcing, onboarding, catalog expansion,

supplier quality, and regional supply development across fragmented Indian manufacturing and

wholesale ecosystems. You should be comfortable operating in unstructured environments,

traveling to markets, building supplier relationships, negotiating aggressively, and creating

scalable supply systems from scratch.

What You’ll Do

Supplier Acquisition & Onboarding

● Build and scale supplier networks across Home and General Merchandise categories

● Onboard manufacturers, traders, wholesalers, and regional suppliers

● Develop sourcing clusters across markets like Surat, Delhi, Jaipur, Ludhiana, Tiruppur,

Rajkot, etc.

● Build a solid pipeline of low-cost, high-velocity SKUs

Category & Assortment Development

● Identify high-frequency utility products suitable for fast commerce

● Build region-specific assortments for different customer segments

● Optimize SKU mix for inventory turns, repeatability, and margins

Supply Operations

● Build onboarding SOPs, catalog standards, and supplier workflows

● Improve fill rates, inventory consistency, and procurement efficiency
