Job Summary:
The Student Care Manager is responsible for managing the complete student journey after admission, ensuring proper onboarding, attendance, engagement, fee follow-up, academic coordination, grievance handling, and overall student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct student onboarding and orientation after admission.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students and address their queries and concerns.
- Maintain regular communication with students regarding classes, training schedules, attendance.
- Monitor and follow up on student attendance and engagement.
- Identify students with irregular attendance or low engagement and take necessary follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with faculty, trainers, branch staff, and management to resolve student-related issues.
- Handle student complaints, requests, and grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with students regarding course fees, pending payments, and installments.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, fee status, course progress, and other relevant details.




- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding fee collection and outstanding payments.
- Guide students regarding course duration, training process, OJT, placement, and company policies.
- Monitor student satisfaction and take corrective action wherever required.
- Conduct regular student feedback and engagement activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of student communications and follow-ups.
- Support student retention by identifying concerns that may lead to dropouts and taking preventive action.
- Ensure that all student-related data is properly updated in the Student Management System.
- Perform other student-care and operational duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
