Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute dealer network expansion strategies in line with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint current dealers based on market potential and OEM criteria.
- Conduct market mapping, territory analysis, and business feasibility studies.
- Manage dealership establishment, including infrastructure, facilities, manpower, and operational readiness.
- Ensure dealership compliance with OEM standards for branding, customer experience, and operational processes.
- Monitor dealer business performance through KPIs such as sales, market share, profitability, customer satisfaction, and service performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, Marketing, and HR for dealership development.
- Support dealer business planning, investment evaluation, and financial viability.
- Facilitate dealer training and capability development programs.
- Handle dealer agreements, renewals, relocations, and network optimization initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies,



legal requirements, and governance standards.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and network performance dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the OEM automobile industry.
- Experience in dealer network development, sales, business planning, or dealership operations.
- Knowledge of dealership financials, market analysis, and project management.
- Connect with top automobile dealer fraternities across North & East regions.
