Key Responsibilities:
- Software Installation and Configuration:
- Install and configure software applications on client systems.
- Ensure smooth integration with the client’s infrastructure and systems.
- Software Development and Maintenance:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring seamless software application functionality.
- Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Utilize analytical tools like Power BI and Tableau to generate reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Work with relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL to manage and analyze data efficiently.
- Client Support and Issue Resolution:
- Respond promptly to client queries, addressing technical concerns and resolving issues.

- Client Communication and Relationship Management:
