Position: Sales & Lead Generation Intern

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India (In office / Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales & Lead Generation Intern to join our growth team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be on the front lines of driving business growth by identifying potential B2B/B2C clients, conducting market research, and initiating early-stage outreach. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales strategy, CRM management, cold outreach, and pipeline building.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Identification: Research and identify potential business opportunities, decision-makers, and key target accounts using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, and industry databases.
- Outreach & Engagement: Conduct outbound prospecting through cold emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn messaging to initiate contact and pitch our products/services.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients' needs, qualify inbound/outbound leads,



and schedule introductory discovery calls for senior sales leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain, update, and organize prospect data, deal stages, and interaction logs in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot / Salesforce).
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and market trends mapping to identify new growth vectors and potential sectors in India and abroad.
- Sales Collateral Assistance: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to share relevant brochures, pitch decks, and follow-up materials with leads.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Prior internship experience in sales, business development, or customer success is a plus, but freshers with high drive are encouraged to apply.
