Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Civil with 3–5 years of experience in the Civil & Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating with contractors and site teams, ensuring quality and safety, and completing work as per project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site supervisors, and project teams.
- Check measurements and ensure proper execution of civil works.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements at the site.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Senior Engineers regarding site progress.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain necessary records.




- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the concerned team.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Follow company safety procedures and ensure safe working practices at the site.
- Ensure project work is completed within the planned schedule.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Civil & Construction industry.

Candidate Preference
- Candidates with Civil & Construction project experience preferred.
- Candidates residing in or willing to work in South Tamil Nadu preferred.
- Tamil – Mandatory
- Kannada – Preferred
- Hindi – Preferred
- Positive communication, coordination, and site management skills.
