Key Responsibilities
- Control Panel & Wiring: Build, wire, and test electrical control panels, power distribution blocks, and machinery safety circuits. [1, 2, 3]
- Automation & Programming: Troubleshoot, modify, or program basic PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Delta). [1, 2, 3]
- Instrumentation Maintenance: Calibrate and service field instruments, sensors, VFDs, servo drives, pneumatic actuators, and temperature/pressure transmitters. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose electrical or software faults during equipment breakdowns and execute immediate root-cause fixes. [1, 2, 3]
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks, thermal scanning, and component replacements to prevent production downtime. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of work orders, electrical schematics, calibration reports, and software backup changes.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
