- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client job requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and internal trackers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience during the hiring process.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and bulk hiring projects.
- Meet individual and team hiring targets.




- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to source candidates using job portals and LinkedIn.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- EligibilityMBA/PGDM (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, or any graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Freshers with HR internship experience are encouraged to apply.
