We're hiring Telesales Executives for its Bangalore office. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication skills who are passionate about delivering a excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving queries.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support.
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to company processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers: Graduation completed (mandatory).
- Experienced Candidates: 12th Pass with relevant experience.
- Good communication skills in English + any one regional language: Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work from the office.
Salary:
0 Month – 1 Year Experience: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
