About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on E-commerce Operations Manager to manage and grow our presence across leading marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in day-to-day marketplace operations, catalogue management, inventory planning, order management, promotions, pricing, and platform coordination. The person will be responsible for ensuring that our products are always live, discoverable, competitively priced, adequately stocked, and operationally healthy across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & Quick-Commerce Operations

- Manage day-to-day operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, FirstCry, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other relevant platforms.

- Coordinate with marketplace and quick-commerce account/category managers.

- Ensure products are listed correctly and remain active across all platforms.

- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, RTOs, inventory and fulfilment issues.

- Resolve operational issues with marketplace teams and internal departments.

Catalogue Management

- Create and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, keywords, pricing and other attributes.

- Ensure catalogue accuracy and marketplace compliance.

- Coordinate with creative/content teams for product images, videos and enhanced content.

- Identify and rectify listing suppression, catalogue errors and content issues.

Inventory & Order Management

- Monitor inventory levels across marketplaces and warehouses.

- Ensure adequate stock availability and avoid both stock-outs and excess inventory.

- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement and supply-chain teams for replenishment.

- Track ageing inventory and develop plans to improve inventory rotation.





- Monitor fulfilment SLAs and ensure timely dispatch.

Sales & Business Growth

- Track daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.

- Analyse platform-wise, SKU-wise and category-wise performance.

- Identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion, rankings and visibility.

- Work with platform teams to plan promotions, campaigns, deals and seasonal events.

- Develop plans to grow GMV and profitability across channels.

Pricing & Promotions

- Maintain competitive pricing across platforms.

- Manage discounts, offers, coupons, deals and promotional campaigns.

- Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activity.

- Ensure marketplace pricing is aligned with the overall channel strategy and margins.

Quick-Commerce

- Manage operational requirements for Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other quick-commerce platforms.

- Coordinate with dark-store/warehouse teams regarding inventory availability and replenishment.

- Monitor fill rates, availability, sales velocity and SKU performance.

- Work with platform teams on assortment expansion, launches and promotional opportunities.

Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketplace performance reports.

- Track key metrics including:

- GMV / Net Sales

- Orders

- ASP

- Conversion

- Traffic

- ROAS

- Returns & cancellations

- Stock availability

- Fill rate

- Inventory ageing

- SKU-level profitability

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.

Key Skills Required

- 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.

- Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, FirstCry, Meesho etc.





- Experience working with quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart will be highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of marketplace seller/vendor portals.

- Good knowledge of catalogue management, inventory, pricing, promotions and order fulfilment.

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketplace performance.

- Solid attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in toys, consumer products, FMCG, lifestyle, gifting, accessories or D2C brands will be preferred.

Experience managing a large SKU portfolio across multiple marketplaces will be an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hands-on rather than purely managerial.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable opening marketplace dashboards every morning, identifying problems, speaking to platform teams, coordinating with warehouses, fixing listings, monitoring inventory and analysing sales — and then taking action to improve performance.

The candidate should have a strong ownership mindset and be commercially driven, with a clear focus on growing online sales while maintaining healthy margins and operational efficiency.
