Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative Videographer & Video Editor who can independently handle shooting, editing, and post-production for real estate marketing content, including farmhouses, villas, plots, events, and social media campaigns.

- Key ResponsibilitiesShoot high-quality videos, reels, property walkthroughs, promotional videos, and events.
- Plan and execute creative video shoots for real estate projects.
- Operate cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, and drones.
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging short-form reels, cinematic property videos, promotional videos, and video ads.
- Add transitions, effects, sound effects, music, subtitles, text animations, and motion graphics.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio mixing, noise reduction, and video stabilization.
- Create professional thumbnails and basic graphic elements when required.
- Convert long-form footage into multiple short-form social media videos.
- Maintain proper organization, backup, and management of all raw and edited footage.
- Work with the marketing team to develop videos according to campaign objectives and current social media trends.

- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating shooting and editing skills.
- Valuable knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, framing, and composition.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-location for property shoots, events, and site visits.
- Real estate, luxury lifestyle, or advertising video experience will be an advantage.
- Drone videography experience/certification will be an added advantage.

Salary₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, portfolio, and editing skills.
