Pixart Technologies is looking for an experienced Lead Generation & Follow-up Executive to manage outbound lead generation, appointment scheduling, sales coordination, and payment follow-ups.
- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective schools and customers.
- Generate and qualify potential leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Coordinate and track regular sales follow-ups.
- Follow up with warm, interested, and pending leads.
- Handle payment reminder and payment follow-up calls.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Ensure timely handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer follow-up.
- Solid communication and convincing skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with school owners, management, and other decision-makers.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or lead-management tools.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.
- English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Hindi Mandatory, Bengali is Preferable.
- Personal laptop and reliable internet connection are mandatory.
Primary Focus
Lead Generation → Lead Qualification → Appointment Scheduling → Sales Follow-ups → Payment Follow-ups
Candidate Preference: Female candidates with relevant experience preferred, subject to applicable employment laws.
