Job Description – HR Manager

Position: HR Manager

Experience: 1-2 years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.

* Handle manpower planning and ensure timely hiring for various departments.

* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

* Coordinate with management and accounts for payroll and salary-related activities.

* Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee guidelines.

* Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.

* Manage performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.

* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

* Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

* Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

* Monitor discipline, punctuality, and workplace policies.





* Prepare regular HR reports and provide updates to management.

* Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.

* Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR operations.

* Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities.

* Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

* Solid organizational and people-management skills.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Job Location & Schedule

? Goregaon East, Mumbai

? 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Monday to Saturday
