Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites. The candidate will coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors, designers, and project managers to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily interior execution work at the project site.
- Coordinate carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, civil and other interior works.
- Read and understand interior drawings, layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
- Allocate work to contractors and workers and monitor their productivity.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved designs, measurements, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, and vendors.
- Check materials delivered to site and ensure proper storage and usage.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Identify site issues, delays, material requirements, and technical problems and report them promptly.
- Take site measurements and assist with quantity verification when required.
- Ensure proper finishing and workmanship before handing over completed work.
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Coordinate multiple teams and ensure activities are completed as per the project schedule.




- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Prepare or maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, and material requirement lists.
- Support snag identification and rectification before project handover.
- Required Skills & QualificationsITI / Diploma / relevant qualification in Civil, Interior, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior execution/site supervision preferred.
- Good knowledge of interior construction and finishing work.
- Ability to read basic architectural/interior drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of site measurements and basic quantity calculations.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to and work at project sites.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Project completion within scheduled timelines.
- Quality of interior execution and finishing.
- Effective coordination of workers and contractors.
- Proper material utilization and reduced wastage.
- Timely reporting of site issues and progress.
- Successful completion of snagging and handover activities.
- Compliance with site safety and company standards.

Working ConditionsThe role requires regular presence at construction/interior project sites and may involve extended working hours depending on project requirements.
