- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for payment collection.
- Handle assigned collection buckets and achieve recovery targets.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate collection records and daily performance reports.
- Handle customer queries professionally and negotiate payment solutions.
- Meet individual and team collection targets.





Candidate Requirements✅ Prior experience in tele-collection/debt collection

✅ Experience working with collection buckets / Writeoff

✅ DRA certification required

✅ Positive communication and negotiation skills

✅ Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

✅ Candidates with BFSI/NBFC collection experience preferred
