We're Hiring: Customer Advisor

? Role & Responsibilities

Visit customers at their residences and explain different paint products, services and finish options.

Conduct site inspections and identify surface defects, recommending suitable solutions.

Take site measurements and prepare painting estimates as per the applicable rate card.

Coordinate with store owners/store in-charges for estimates and customer requirements.

Appoint and coordinate with contractors for painting execution.

Supervise ongoing/WIP sites and ensure adherence to Asian Paints recommended guidelines and timely completion.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.

Generate new leads and clients through regular market visits.

Explain various services offered at the store and guide customers to the appropriate sections.

Maintain daily reports on collections, site status and activities.





Update all activities regularly on the CA App and maintain reports/formats as required.

Coordinate with contractors and ensure their participation in contractor training programs.

Drive cross-selling of product categories at painting sites.

Identify and share relevant leads with other team members during market visits.

Ability to execute tasks efficiently

Willingness to work in a field-based role

? Ideal Candidate

Candidates with experience in Paints, Building Materials, Construction Materials, Hardware, Tiles, Plywood, Sanitaryware or related industries will be preferred.
