Pre-Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive responsible for tele-calling, lead generation, follow-ups, business development visits, and appointment generation. This is a target-driven role with attractive performance incentives.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and generate/qualify leads.
- Explain services and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule consultations, meetings, and site visits.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain lead records/CRM.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, events, and local businesses.
- Build relationships with prospects and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly consultation and lead-generation targets.
- Working ScheduleWorking Days: Wednesday to Monday
- Weekly Off: Tuesday
- Saturday & Sunday: Mandatory working days
- Local travel:



Required for business development activities.
- Candidate ProfileGraduate preferred.
- 1–5 years experience in Tele Sales, Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may apply.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.

BenefitsPerformance Incentives: ₹500 to ₹30,000 per day based on performance.

Conveyance: Reimbursement for approved official travel, including customer meetings, lead-generation visits, market surveys, networking, and company-approved events, as per company policy.
