We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented Tele calling Executive to join our travel agency.

The ideal candidate should have excellent fluency in English, strong communication skills, and a passion

for travel and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international tour packages.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel package proposals.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Promote tour packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, and other travel services.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.




- Good communication and convincing/presentation skills.
- Smart-looking, confident, and professional personality.
- Pleasant manner and customer-friendly attitude.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and MS Office.
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid interest in travel may also apply.
