Hotel Construction & Maintenance Supervisor / Caretaker

Location: Morni Hills, Panchkula

Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience

Accommodation: will be provided at the property

We are looking for an experienced, practical and responsible person to supervise the construction and finishing work of a hotel in Morni Hills and later help maintain the property.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily renovation and finishing work at the hotel.

- Coordinate with painters, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, window/aluminium workers and other vendors.

- Check quality of work and ensure jobs are completed properly and on time.

- Arrange and purchase construction materials, furniture and other hotel requirements.

- Compare quotations and help negotiate prices with vendors.

- Coordinate furniture delivery, installation and room setup.

- Look after general property maintenance and minor repairs.

- Suggest practical improvements to rooms, interiors, lighting and overall property.





- Maintain records of purchases and expenses.

- Send regular photos/videos and work updates on WhatsApp.

- Take responsibility for the property when the owner is not present.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel maintenance, construction supervision, property maintenance or contractor/site supervision.

- Basic understanding of civil work, painting, electrical, plumbing and furniture work.

- Good knowledge of local vendors and markets is preferred.

- Must be trustworthy, hands-on and capable of working independently.

- Ability to negotiate with workers and vendors.

Education is not significant. Relevant practical experience is more important.
