- Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Source and develop current leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Consultative Selling: Assess clients’ current coverage and identify gaps to recommend appropriate Life, Health, Property, or Casualty products.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with policyholders to ensure high retention and renewal rates.
- Claims Support: Act as a liaison between the client and the carrier during the claims process.
